Virginia (Piedmonte) McDonald, 93, of Syracuse passed away on March 9, 2023.

Born on Tipperary Hill Virginia graduated from Vocational H.S. She retired from Grand Union, Aetna Insurance and St. Camillus. Virginia was predeceased by her husband, Ed McDonald, parents, John and Doris Piedmonte, brother, John Piedmonte Jr. She is survived by her sister, Carolyn (Nibsy) Ryan, sister-in-law, Judy Piedmonte and many nieces and nephews. The family would like to thank the staff at Loretto Heritage for the love and care she received.

A Mass of Christian Burial was held on Saturday March 11, 2023 at 9:30am at St. Patrick's Church on Tipperary Hill. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to St. Patrick's Food Pantry.
