Thomas Earl Moran, 56, of Skaneateles passed away peacefully at home, surrounded by his family on May 10, 2020.  Tom loved to socialize on Tipp Hill and was a "river rat" on the St. Lawrence.  He will be missed dearly by family and friends, especially his mother, who showed him unconditional love to the end.

Tom is predeceased by his father, Francis E. Moran, and stepfather, James Colby.  He is survived by his daughter, Tristin; mother, Betty Ann Colby; brothers, Michael (Karen), Bill (Jacquelyn), and Tim (Tina); sisters, Catherine (Dan) Hanover, and Kelly (RJ) Cunningham; family member, Linda Newman; his beloved dog, Buddy; and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

A traditional Irish Wake and funeral will be held at a later date.
