Terry Goulding's Obituary
Terry P. Goulding, 71, of Syracuse, CT and RI passed away. He was a Marine veteran and loved his Irish heritage. Known for his wealth of knowledge and friendly demeanor, he will be missed by his fellow West Enders. Terry was predeceased by his siblings; Tony Toppin and Diane Foley and survived by his brothers, Maurice and Kevin. He will be buried in Onondaga County's Veteran's Memorial Cemetery on Howlett Hill.
