Stephanie M. Torak, 42, of Westvale in the Town of Geddes died on Thursday, June 24, 2022. Steph enjoyed her work as a call center representative, most recently at the Central Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired, where she helped truckers from across the USA comply with safety regulations. She was a 1998 graduate of Westhill High School and attended Onondaga Community College.

Stephanie is survived by her father, Michael and stepmother Mary (Shiel) Torak and two siblings, Andrew and Matthew Torak, both of Syracuse, an uncle and aunt, Brian and Michelle Nemier of Liverpool, an uncle, John Torak of Marcellus, and several cousins. Stephanie was pre-deceased by her mother, Rebecca (Nemier) Torak.

There will be no calling hours. Burial will be in White Chapel Cemetery in Dewitt. A private graveside service will be held.

Steph was a kind-hearted person who enjoyed genealogy, bingo, and country music. She cared deeply about wildlife and suffered from chronic conditions. In lieu of flowers, donations to the local SPCA or to a volunteer fire department or ambulance service.
