Shirlee R. Carolin, 86, of Syracuse passed away peacefully October 13, 2021.

She was born April 3, 1935 in Seneca Falls, NY to the late Maynard & Laura Brown. After highschool she went onto Buffalo State where she studied Dental Hygiene. Upon graduation she worked as a dental hygenist before meeting her husband Francis (Pete) and settling down in Syracuse. Shirlee enjoyed traveling to Cape May in the Summer and to florida with her husband and friends during the winter months but her greatest joy was spending time with her children and grandchildren.

She is predeceased by her parents, her husband of 61 years Francis (Pete) and a brother Leo Brown.

Shirlee is survived by her son, Peter; daughters, Laura Bouvia, Anne (Mike) Briggs; grandchildren, Alisha (Zach) Kellogg, Patrick, Daniel and Jordan Briggs as well as her niece Janet Cary.

A private burial service will be held for the family only.
