Robert J. O'Donnell, 68, of Syracuse, passed away April 15, 2026, after a brief illness. He attended Corcoran High School, where he played varsity baseball, and worked for over 20 years with the City of Syracuse Department of Public Works. He was a lifelong resident of the Tipperary Hill community.

He was predeceased by his parents, John and Mary (Armstrong) O'Donnell. He is survived by his siblings, James O'Donnell, Mary (Anthony) Esposito, and John O'Donnell; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be Thursday, April 23, 2026, at 9 a.m. at St. Patrick's Church, 216 N. Lowell Ave., Syracuse, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m. Burial will be private.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to St. Patrick's Food Bank.
