Priscilla D. Butkowski, 78, of Syracuse, NY, passed away at home on June 13, 2026 with her family caring for her.

Priscilla is a retired RN who dedicated her career to nursing, working as an RN first at St. Joseph’s Hospital followed by 32 years working at St. Camillus.

She was predeceased by her husband of 55 years, Robert Butkowski. Also predeceasing Priscilla were her parents, George and Dorothy Magley and her brother George Magley, her sister Molly Hemmingway and grandson Bennett Butkowski.

Priscilla is survived by her children, Amy Butkowski, Matthew Butkowski, and Robert (Tracy) Butkowski; her sisters, Maureen (Robert) and Delia (Tom); her brothers, Michael (Susan) and Christopher (Faith); her grandchildren, Riley and Bailey Butkowski; and several nieces and nephews.

A Funeral Mass for Priscilla will be held on Monday June 22, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. at St. Charles Church on South Orchard Road in Syracuse. Family and friends are invited to attend. In lieu of flowers, please contribute to Saint Charles Food Pantry at 501 South Orchard Road, Syracuse, NY 13219
