Patricia "Patti" J. McCue, 75, of Syracuse, passed away on February 11 after a short illness.

She was a life resident of Syracuse. She graduated from Eastwood High School.  She shunned the digital world and lived a simple life, preferring to spend her time listening to her radio, eating good food, and talking on the phone with her family and listening to their latest adventures.  She believed in treating everyone with respect and kindness, and had the ability to find humor in every situation.

She was predeceased by her parents, Thomas McCue and Virginia McCue Rohrig, her brother, Thomas McCue, her only child, David T. McCue, and the love of her life, T. Mark Capone. She is survived by her granddaughter, Zoe McCue, and her daughter-in-law, Susan Lugo-McCue.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 16, 2023 at 6pm at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave.  Calling hours will be held prior from 4 to 6pm at the funeral home.
