Matthew Robert Noonan (Matt), 32, of Syracuse, NY passed away on Monday, November 7, 2022. Matt was born November 23, 1989.
Matt was a 2008 graduate of Westhill High School and received his Bachelors degree from St. Bonaventure University, and his MBA in Public Accounting from Oswego State University. He was self-employed in two businesses, where he was a partner and co-founder of Bullseye Credit Group and Hypency. Matt enjoyed sports of all kinds. In his youth, he was an active participant in baseball, basketball, and football and was a dedicated fan of SU, the Yankees, and the Bills.
Matt was very active in recovery for over seven years and was loved by many in the fellowship. He will be remembered as a kind, generous, and loyal friend to many. He will be greatly missed.
Matt is pre-deceased by his son, Connor Matthew. He is survived by his parents, Maureen (Kane) and Lawrence Noonan, his sister, Kelley Noonan, his paternal grandmother, Jean Noonan, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours will be Monday, November 14 from 4-7 at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave, Syracuse. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, November 15 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Charles Church, 501 South Orchard Rd. Syracuse. Burial will follow at Howlett Hill Cemetery, Howlett Hill Rd, Camillus.
