Margaret "Peg" Cole, 89, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 4, 2018.

Peg was a devoted to her family and parish, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church. In 2013, along with her husband, she was a recipient of the Bishop's Immaculata Medallion, in recognition of their extraordinary service to their parish. For over 20 years in her retirement, she cherished serving as Committee Chair for the OLL Seniors Travel Group.

She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, George "Ike" Cole; her children Judith (Pete) Quinn, Christopher (Jennie), George (Karen), Margaret A., Joseph (Renee), as well as 7 very special grandchildren, and 1 great grandchild, who brought her great joy.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at 10am at Our Lady of Hope, 4545 S. Salina Street.  Calling hours will be held on Monday, December 10, 2018, from 3pm-6pm at the Edward J. Ryan and Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave.  Burial will be in the Onondaga Valley Cemetery.
