Julie-Anne Bailey, 80, of Syracuse, passed away peacefully on February 28, 2022. Julie was a bank teller at Chase Bank for 30 years.  She was regular Board of Election's poll worker and an avid McDonald's customer.

Julie is predeceased by her husband, Duane, and siblings, Jeffrey Dixe and Elaine Ellis.

She is survived by children, Jeffrey (Mel), Douglas (Stacey), Susan (Michael) Shaffer, grandchildren, Mariah (Michael) Burke, Jennah Shaffer, Michaela (Zavion) Barrot, one great grandchild and one on the way, two sisters, Marsha Wilkins, and Karen Garbutt, Midge Klukiewicz and many nieces and nephews.

The family extends their gratitude to the Staff at Loretto at Heritage Apartments.

Services will be held at a later date.
