Judith passed away peacefully with her family by her side. Born in North Stratford, NH, Judith moved to Syracuse, NY where she met her husband John, married and raised a family in North Syracuse, NY where she resided until her passing.

She enjoyed spending her time gardening, vacationing at the beach in Maine, going to the casino and most of all, spending time with her dog, Ollie.

She was proceeded in death by her husband of 40 years, John Petrivelli; and her parents, Holman and Phyllis Dowse, and multiple brothers and sisters.

She is survived by her two daughters, Phyllis Petrivelli of North Syracuse and Amy (Joe) Petrivelli of Decatur, TX; siblings Betsey "Sam" Sterling of Peoria, AZ, Peggy Champange of Wilmington, SC, Linda Hancock of Maycock, NC, Warren Dowse of Boscawen, NH, Martha Robinson of Lancaster, NH, Deborah Dowse of Manchester, NH, Tim Dowse of Apison, TN, Mary Dowse of Derry, NH; brother in law William Petrivelli of Clearwater, FL, and sister in law, Patricia Petrivelli of Syracuse, NY and numerous nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on Tuesday, January 28, 2025 at 10:30am at the Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. Calling hours will be held prior from 9 to 10:30am at the funeral home. Burial will be in Veteran's Memorial Cemetery.
