Joy M. Stanistreet, beloved grandmother, mother and wife, passed away with family in attendance on October 12th, 2026. 

Joy was born in Syracuse, attended LeMoyne College and worked as a human resource director earning her SHRM professional certification. She was an avid quilter and dedicated to assisting with St. Michael’s Catholic Church’s annual rummage sale. 

Predeceased by her father and mother, John and Jean Janocsko. Survived by her husband Joseph, and sons Bryan and Eric. Survived by brothers, Jerry and John Janocsko and her sister, June Tilton.
