Josephine Cornacchione Rizzi Humeniuk, 95, passed away Monday, Nov. 9th.  She was predeceased by her 1st husband, Joseph Rizzi (1959); 2nd husband, Peter Humeniuk; 3 brothers, Mario, Cosmo, Salvatore and sisters, Antoinette and Anne.  She will be greatly missed by her children, Michael (Jean) Rizzi, Virginia (George) Straub, and Joseph (Susan) Rizzi; stepchildren, Carolyn (Tom) O'Neill, Suzanne (Dan) Dishaw, Denise Humeniuk, and Robert (Suzan) Humeniuk; 14 grandchildren; 9 great grandchildren; 2 brothers, Anthony (Norma) Cornacchione and Rocco (Frances) Cornacchione, as well as several nieces and nephews.

A special thank you goes out to the wonderful caregivers at Brookdale Bellevue and Loretto Health and Rehabilitation Center for all their kindess and support.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date. Burial will be private.
