Jeff, 67, formerly of Long Island, passed away peacefully at his Syracuse, NY home on Thursday, May 7, 2026. Jeff loved to golf and snowboard.

He is predeceased by his parents, Barbara and Rev. R. John Winn.

Jeff is survived by his daughters, Katie, Rebecca and Elysia Winn, brothers, Mark and Darryl, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.

Memorial service will be held on Friday, May 15, 2026 at 6pm at Faith Chapel; 4113 W Seneca Turnpike, Syracuse, NY 13215. Burial will be private.
