Our sweet boy Jacob Adam lost his long battle with addiction on friday 10/16/2020.

He was a kind hearted  & beautiful soul. He was funny and loved to laugh and lived to make people laugh. He loved his family and tried to fight his way back to us. We pray our baby boy is finally at peace.

Predeaceased by his son, Aaron J. Shostack & uncle, Aaron Wright.

Survived by parents Lisa and John Shostack; grandparents, Julie & John Shostack, Philip Wright (Nancy Collins); aunt, Sherrill Shostack; cousin, Mariah Wright several loving great uncles, aunts,  and cousins.

A funeral service will be held Wednesday October 21, 2020 at 10am at the Edward J. Ryan & Son Funeral Home, 3180 Bellevue Ave. Calling hours will be Tuesday October 20, 2020 from 4-7pm at the funeral home. Burial will be private
