Frances (Pasqua) Mastin, 90,  passed away peacefully at her home surrounded by family on Sunday, January 23, 2022.

She is survived by her husband of 62 happy years, W. James Mastin Sr., and five children; Mary Mastin, Jennifer (Michael) Mullins, Gina (Chuck) Johanningsmeier, W. James Mastin Jr., and Kathy (Matthew) Wick, 10 grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly.

Fran was born in Geneva, N.Y. but lived most of her life in Syracuse. She was an X-ray technician, an LPN and earned an associates degree from Syracuse University. She was a communicant of St. Charles/St. Ann's Parish.  Passionate about music, Fran participated in the church choir for many years. She enjoyed wintering in her Florida home, participating in community activities and the time she spent with her grandchildren. She always lived life to its fullest and brought joy to everyone she met.

Funeral Services will be private. Burial will be in St. Agnes Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of CNY or the Rescue Mission.
