David M. Zawistowski, 63, of Camillus, passed away unexpectedly on February 17, 2023.

David attended St. Patrick's School on Tipperary Hill and graduated from Bishop Ludden High School, where he played varsity basketball. HHhHHhe was a kind and giving person, who never hesitated to help those around him.  He attended OCC and was a Syracuse University sports fan.  He tended bar at George O'Dea's Pub and worked for Robert Henty Landscaping.

David was predeceased by his parents, Ervin and Mary Zawistowski and a niece, Sarah Hillick.

He is survived by his sister Mary (Robert) Hillick of Whitesboro , a nephew James Hillick of Truckee, CA and several cousins in El Reno, OK.

Calling hours are from 9-10am Thursday, February 23rd at St. Patrick's Church, 216 N. Lowell Ave., Syracuse, NY.  A funeral mass will follow at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in Sacred Heart Cemetery.
