Bettye J. Robbins, 89, of Tully passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 2, 2022.  Bettye was born in Cortland, NY to Harold and Lelia Gates. She retired from the Syracuse YMCA and was a former member of the Eastern Star. Bettye enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family and friends in both Tully, NY and Florida.

Bettye was predeceased by her husband of 62 years, Ronald in 2015, her parents, her brother, Gerald and her son-in-law, Ronald Whelan.  She is survived by her children, Ronald Jr. (Marge) Robbins and Deb Whelan,  Ron III (Jen) Robbins, and a great granddaughter, Madison.

Services will be private. She will be laid to rest in White Chapel Cemetery.
