Ann Hunt, 82, of Syracuse, NY passed away on April 8, 2025. She was born and attended high school in Watertown, NY. Ann earned her bachelor's degree in science and education from the University of Plattsburg.  Ann retired from teaching home economics at Jordan Elbridge.  She devoted her heart and soul to helping others at St. Lucy's, fully committed to quilting, cooking, and arts and crafts.  St. Lucy's crew were true friends and became her second family.

Ann was predeceased by her husband, Leigh Hunt, parents, Elbert and Beatrice Smith.

Ann is survived by her children, Morgan Bickford, Jillian Komar, Chip and Sean Hunt, grandchildren, Zack Komar, Marissa and Chris Maloof, Shawna, Anthony, Sean Jr., and Briseis Hunt, Walker, Jared and Alana Bickford, Conner, Junior and Alissa Hunt, great grandchildren, "baby" Charlotte, her brothers, Richard "Duke" Smith and Bob Smith and many nieces and nephews.

Services will be held on May 3, 2025 at 10am at St. Lucy's Church.  Repast celebration will be held after at 11:30am in St. Lucy's Auditorium.
